The rivalry between Lisbon and Oporto has been transferred to London's Portugese community via the two cafes across the road from each other on Golborne Road -
Lisboa bakery and Cafe Oporto. I felt compelled to compare the egg tarts from both bakeries in the name of research. While Cafe Oporto isn't bad, it's a NOT compared to Lisboa because the former's tarts were too cloyingly sweet and the pastry case was prone to sogginess. I hereby declare Lisboa the winner.
